Alexis Raymond is an Arkansas native who served in the US Army for 4 years. Her years of her military training allows her to predict the possible needs of the client, such as forward thinking and adaptability.
She oversees office operations for RebeccaRice&Associates and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. She has extensive experience in various administrative tasks, including providing excellent customer service, managing schedules, timely correspondence, and accurate data management. Privacy and customer relationships are of utmost importance to Alexis. She finds great satisfaction in getting to know the clients and their families in welcoming them to the RebeccaRice&Associates community.
Alexis is most proud of her two sons, ages 2 and 6. She enjoys spending time with her boys in the great outdoors hiking, biking, and various water sports.
As the newest member at RebeccaRice&Associates, Josh Marshall brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless client experiences.
Josh credits his grandmother with instilling in him an understanding that communication and strong relationships are the main stepping stones to success, in any field. “Doing what is right and having faith in what you do has led me to some amazing places and people in my life”, says Josh.
Following high school graduation, he became a Real Estate Agent and put his skills to use in his 6 years as a REALTOR focusing on residential and commercial sales. His clients appreciated his open, honest and warm communication skills. In 2016, he was presented with an opportunity to travel to South Korea where he taught 700 students the English Language. He was also crucial in expanding the school to other surrounding areas, so that more students could be educated. Having experienced many different cultures and people, Josh can easily relate and understand the needs of others in a compassionate and well-rounded manner.
Josh is an avid animal lover and enjoys spending time with his dog and three cats. He also enjoys singing karaoke with his friends.
